Announcement of the “Independent National Decision” List
First: General National Principles.
The preamble to the constitution emanating from the Taif meetings stated, “Lebanon is a sovereign, free and independent homeland, a final homeland for all its sons, united by land, people and institutions, within its borders stipulated in the constitution and internationally recognized.”
Adherence to these principles contained in Paragraph A of the preamble to the Constitution is the valid framework for determining the outlook for Lebanon.
There is no sovereignty over the land of Lebanon except for the Lebanese state, whose authority is derived from the Lebanese people.
Lebanon has no meaning without the concept of freedom prevailing in it.
There is no permanence for the understanding of the components in Lebanon if this country is not completely and completely independent, and the most important thing in this context, which means independence, is that Lebanon or any of the Lebanese components are not linked to any of the confrontational axes, external expansion from the framework of its affiliation in its Arab society or the charters of the United Nations.
Lebanon is meaningless without the principle of parity between Christians and Muslims in power.
Second: Measures for the development of the state.
1- Combating corruption is a prerequisite for building a state. Combating corruption is embodied mainly by working to implement a law. Where did you get this from?
2- Working on approving the expanded administrative decentralization that contributes to solving the problems of traffic, waste and nepotism and leads to keeping the people of the villages in their villages and developing the economic movement in all districts and governorates.
3- Finding measures to assist in the independence of the judiciary, the most important of which is reconsidering the formation of the Supreme Judicial Council by electing all or some of its members by the judicial body itself and expanding its powers in appointing, promoting and transferring judges.
4- Adopting a tax policy that counteracts the differences in income, bringing it closer as possible, without compromising the spirit of initiative and entitlement, and contributing to reducing the budget deficit.
5- Finding a solution to the problem of the displaced Syrians by organizing their entry and exit process and setting fees that would limit the spread of this problem.
6- Linking scientific and technological research centers to the private sector so that they are more organized and able to obtain the necessary funding
Third: Measures to develop the western Bekaa and Rashaya regions.
1- Agricultural cooperatives
2- Hospitals and clinics
3- Lebanese University
4- The Litani
